Every bride and groom has concerns about how the events in their reception get organized, in what order, and who handles what.
Wedding Reception Planner:
ELITE SHOW BAND has developed an online interactive “Wedding Reception Planner” so you can easily select what events you would like to have at your reception, and in what order you would like those events. You can pick how you and your bridal party should be introduced, select songs from their song list for events such as, cake cutting, tossing the bouquet, first dance, and so on... and if your not sure, the “Planner” will offer suggestions! You can suggest special songs beyond their song list and even tell the band which ones to avoid!
Once completed this will give E.S.B a complete plan, a script in other words, of how the evening will progress and they will share it with the venue manager, the food caterer, the photographer, the videographer and the coordinator or a representative of your bridal party making everyone aware of how the night will flow. PRICELESS!
EMCEE (Master of Ceremonies)
E.S.B uses a script professionally designed and approved by each bride and groom, which covers every key announcement including: The Grand Entrance, First Dance, Blessing, Dinner and so on... They are experts in how to properly use a microphone and speak with appropriate timing and inflection.
Continuous Music:
E.S.B has multiple devices which hold thousands of songs so your never without continuous music at your reception.
Volume Control:
E.S.B have mastered the art of dynamics and can easily adjust their volume. For rooms that have a “big echo” effect, E.S.B can bring a clear plastic sound shield for the drummer, or even provide an electronic drum kit.
Self Contained: E.S.B can coordinate with the venue and take responsibility for all the setup logistics giving you more time to focus on the things that are important to you.
Strategy Consultation: So many choices! E.S.B can coordinate all aspects of entertainment for your event including, timeline/budget planning and streamlining your artistic and creative possibilities.
National and International Travel: E.S.B can handle the procurement of necessary equipment, travel and accommodation planning.
ELITE SHOW BAND has 3 and 4 hour packages available with multiple band sizes, ranging from a 5 piece to 10 piece band.
