Pittsburgh Field Club – 100th Anniversary Celebration
If you’re going to celebrate a 100 year anniversary you need to have certain things in place, and the Pittsburgh Field Club did just that by hosting an anniversary gala and dinner dance. This exquisite private club was draped with tantalizing tastes, sights and sounds to commemorate this happy occasion. Many of the rooms including the Diebold Tavern, Wine Society Room, Gallery and Clubroom had a particular era associated with food to which members were encouraged to experience.
Guests walked throughout the club and learned more about the club’s history with photos of the past 100 years in select rooms. The entertainment portion of the evening was provided by The Elite Show Band. The band started with a Big Band Set including a 7 Piece Horn Section and 2 lead vocalists and then transformed into variety music party band including 3 powerhouse vocalists and 2 elite dancers. One of the great surprises of the evening was an exciting and elaborate fireworks display on the outside terrace overlooking the spectacular golf views. This event was a huge success and everyone felt honored to be a part of yet another fantastic event at the Pittsburgh Field Club. Here’s looking forward to another 100 years of continued success!
