Having someone who can direct the flow of your party gives it the best chance of running on time. Our MC’s Peter and Nina can coordinate speeches and toasts. In addition, they can setup formalities like the grand entrance, first dance and the cake cutting. Furthermore, they can coordinate the father daughter and mother son dances, including the bouquet and garter toss. Services That We Provide
VARIETY MUSIC: The band performs variety music. For example, POP, ROCK, DANCE, MOTOWN, R&B, JAZZ, CLASSICS, BIG BAND and the CURRENT HITS of today.
MC DUTIES: Our MC’s can make announcements and manage timeline flow.
BREAK MUSIC: We provide a DJ music playlist during breaks, so we can feature your favorite songs.
ATTIRE: Our group will color match to your wedding theme. For example, Black Tie, Formal or Semi Formal.
ORGANIZATION: You will receive a link to your own online client portal. Thus, providing access to simple wedding planning tools.
COMMUNICATION: You can call, text or email us anytime! In other words, this Orlando wedding band is always here for you!
EQUIPMENT: The group is self contained. That is to say, we provide a PA and LED Lighting for the band. In addition, we supply wireless mic’s for speeches and toasts.
INSURANCE: The band is fully insured. As a result, we can provide a Certificate Of Insurance to your venue.
VOLUME CONTROL: The Elite Show Band have mastered the art of volume control. For instance, managing rooms that have extra echo and reverb.
SOUND ENGINEER: Our sound engineer is included with every package. In short, he manages the sound quality wirelessly throughout the evening.

To the future bride and/or groom reading the reviews, performing the research, requesting quotes, wondering what the best music option is, I cannot stress enough that The Elite Show Band will make your wedding absolutely perfect. I am so incredibly impressed with their performance. The Elite Show Band not only got our guests onto the dance floor, but got them to stay!
Throughout the wedding and the following days to come guests told us what an incredible wedding it was, followed by “where did you find The Elite Show Band?”.
They were EXTREMELY flexible and I could not be more grateful. My father and I did a choreographed dance that was a transition from a traditional Irish dance into “Brown Eyed Girl” and Peter sang everything perfectly!!! They gave us an .mp3 file to practice on and it sounded exactly like the live performance. We were blown away by their talent!
Leading up the wedding, I spoke with Nina and had previously spoken to Peter. They are both extremely professional and thorough with their work. On the calls leading up to the wedding, they ensured the names were pronounced correctly, timelines were accurate and music genre was appropriate.
We cannot thank them enough for being absolutely phenomenal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Question: I’m thinking of asking my wedding band to begin playing after dinner. Is this a good idea?
Answer: Are you planning on having a grand entrance? If so, have the band start playing at the beginning of the reception. The Elite Show Band team coordinates the entire evening flow with you and will be the emcee for these activities. This would include the grand entrance, first dance, welcome speech, blessing, speeches and toasts and the father daughter and mother son dances. All of these formalities typically occur before, during, and towards the end of the dinner service.
If you are planning on having some or all of the standard wedding formalities, it would be best for the band to begin playing when your guests enter the reception space. Therefore, the band and MC can manage the flow of people and keep things on time.
Question: I am concerned that the band will be loud, especially during dinner, can the group’s volume be lower?
Answer: Yes absolutely. Our sound engineer mixes the band’s volume and sound quality wirelessly from the back of the room. If at anytime he notices people struggling when talking to each other, he adjusts the volume. Secondly, its always best to seat your guests according to their sensitivity to volume.
Question: Our reception time is 4hrs and I’m not sure if this is enough time for the party, what do you think?
Answer: A 4hr time block is the perfect amount of time for your reception. Consider how early your day begins and what time your guests will arrive for the ceremony. A one hour time window for the ceremony is normal (and that’s for short ceremonies). This will account for the time your guests arrive and depart the ceremony.
Moving forward, you will have the cocktail hour. For some weddings, this may be 1.5hrs or even 2hrs of chatting and enjoying beverages while you go take your photos with your bridal party. Before long, your reception begins and another 4hrs have been reserved for the main party. For most, this amount of time is perfect, especially if there will be an after party.
